Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of hosting services provided by SolidHost.net, operated by AZ EXPERT SP. Z O. O. TIN: 7011175244 - Address: Lwowska 10, 00-658 Warsaw, Poland ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By registering, paying for, or using our services (including VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain services, and related solutions), you ("Customer," "User," "you") agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

• Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting
• Dedicated servers
• Domain registration and management (if applicable)
• Additional managed hosting services or addons as listed on SolidHost.net

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance services with prior notice.

3. Account Registration

• Customers must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each account is personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
• Customers are responsible for securing their login credentials.

4. Payments and Billing

• We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal.
• All prices are listed on SolidHost.net and are subject to applicable taxes (if any).
• Services are billed in advance for the selected billing period (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Failure to pay invoices within the due date may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for:

• Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited bulk emails
• Distribution of malware, botnets, or harmful software
• Hosting or distributing copyrighted or illegal content
• Running DDoS attacks or using services to disrupt others
• Activities that violate applicable laws in Poland, the EU, or the Customer's country

Violation of this AUP may lead to immediate termination without refund.

6. Uptime & Support

• We aim to provide high service availability (99.9% uptime goal).
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
• Support is available via our ticket system or email.

7. Data Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.
• Although we implement backup solutions, the Company does not guarantee data recovery in every case.

8. Liability Limitation

• Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the last 3 months.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Payments are overdue
• AUP violations occur
• Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected

10. Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy (published separately or included here).
• Typically, refunds are not available for partial billing periods.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on SolidHost.net. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Warsaw, Poland.
